My realtor was Shelby Alford, and I have to say, she is the absolute best person for new homeowners and anyone buying a home! When I first started this process, it was very overwhelming. Shelby answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining every process from beginning to end. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, she also recommended a few different people for financing until we found the right one for us! Shelby worked really hard to make sure that we were able to close in time and worked tirelessly with the seller to make sure we would be in our new come so that we didn’t have to rent month to month at our old place. She also put a personal touch on our closing day with doing a beautiful photo shoot in front of our house for free! The day was full of smiles and celebration of this great milestone in our life. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a new home. She’s absolutely incredible, such a great heart, and works really hard to make sure new homeowners feel comfortable and informed during the whole process.
